About Me
I went to culinary school at San Francisco Cooking School in 2019 through their part-time program. Cooking is a huge passion for me - I have a full time job (I work at Salesforce) but nothing makes me happier than cooking for the people I love and seeing other people make my food!
Growing up in California in a Greek family that cooked all the time, you'll also find a lot of Mediterranean influence in my cooking, as well as an emphasis on what's in season at the moment. I go to the farmers market as much as I can and incorporate a lot of fruits and vegetables into the dishes that I make.
